Dear Ramu,
The procedure for inviting speakers is to make a suggestion to the committee and get
permission to invite a speaker. I will take your suggestions ton the committee, expect to hear
back from me within a week. We have many weeks open for the spring, and I will check the
schedule and let you know which weeks are not available when I get back to you about the
committees decision.
Sincerely,
John
