Hi all,

We will have the weekly TESC seminar this Thursday (5/7) at 12:00pm-1:00pm in 1034 Digital Media Center.

Thomas Haller  is  a researcher at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and currently is pursing his PhD in Computer Science. Thomas is going to give a talk titled "Expressive HPX".
Abstract:
With the help of HPX, a parallel C++ runtime library, and its exposed API programmers gain the potential to express parallelism in ways never imagined before across the whole spectrum of parallel computing. This talk will discuss those possibilities by discussing a futurized auto parallelization framework based on C++ Expression Templates unleashing the full potential for any parallel computing device.
