[LA-SiGMA-TESC] Technologies for Extreme Scale Computing seminar Thursday (7/3)

Hi all,


Our weekly seminar will be held on Thursday (7/3) at 12:00pm-1:00pm in the Digital

Media Center Theatre.


Yun Ding, a graduate student from the department of Physics and Astronomy, is

going to present his research on protein-ligand docking. The title is "Optimize force

field for ligand docking". The talk will be focused on linear force field,

conditional probability and Naive bayesian classification, and maximum

Entropy classification, which are used in the force field calculation.

PIZZA AND DRINK WILL BE PROVIDED after the presentation in 1008B DMC.
