[LA-SiGMA-TESC] Petascale Computing Resource Allocations (PRAC) on BlueWaters

Hi All,

Researchers across the United States can apply now for Blue Waters 
resources through the National Science Foundation's Petascale Computing 
Resource Allocation (PRAC) program. Proposals are due by March 10, 2014. 
The system  was only accessible by a selected number of teams before.

BlueWaters is an ideal system, at least for now, if you have a highly 
scalable GPU code to run and an interesting scientific problem to solve.

Several of us at LSU have been involved in a PRAC project led by Peter 
Diener *(http://tinyurl.com/l8hd5rh*) and have some experiences in using
