[LA-SiGMA-funded] Updated poster template

Dear LA-SiGMA colleagues:

Please use the attached poster template (LSU logo to be replaced with 
your logo as needed) when presenting poster papers at the All-Hands 
meeting (or anywhere else for that matter).  This version contains the 
seals of the BoR, Louisiana EPSCoR, and NSF.

Note that the poster size is 48 inches by 36 inches.  If you need to 
make it smaller, please go to the "Design" tab and make changes in the 
"page setup" menu item.
