A reminder that today (April 13) is the final day to register for  LA-SiGMA’s Technical Conference, which is scheduled for Monday, April 20. Please register at http://goo.gl/HHvtjz.

Also, as a reminder, every student and postdoc supported by LA-SiGMA is expected to present a poster at the conference. Posters should be printed at Middleton Library.  The library is expecting a flood of landscape architecture students around April 16 and 17 needing to print posters, so please try to come in early (April 13 or 14) to beat the rush.

The print desk manager at Middleton Library prefers to have a list with the names of the students who will be printing a poster. If you have not yet given your name to Mrs. Carol Duran, please now send your name to Mrs. Staci Kramer (sckramer at lsu.edu<mailto:sckramer at lsu.edu>) ASAP.

As a reminder, every student and postdoc supported by LA-SiGMA is expected to present a poster in the afternoon poster session.  If your student or postdoc cannot present a poster please notify us by April 6. Please have your poster information available when registering.

Poster set-up will be on Sunday, April 19 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Baton Rouge Marriott. Posters should be 3 feet tall by 4 feet wide. Easels and backing will be provided. For hotel reservations, please call: Marriott Baton Rouge 5500 Hilton Avenue Baton Rouge, LA 70808 225/924-5000.
