Good morning, 

I wanted to send a reminder regarding the upcoming LA-SiGMA Symposium.
Please note the deadline for papers is Monday, August 4. Thank you.

We will publish Proceedings of the Symposium and have a poster competition
again this year. Please use the attached template for the proceedings.
Papers are due to Jessica Patton,  <mailto:Jessica.Domingue at REGENTS.LA.GOV>
Jessica.Domingue at REGENTS.LA.GOV> at the BoR by August 4. Please adhere to
the deadline as we need time to compile and print the proceedings. Papers
should emphasize multi-campus collaborations including multi-institutional
authors.

Each paper must be accompanied by a poster.  Posters are to be 3 ft. tall by
4 ft. wide. Easels and backing will be provided. The poster competition will
be judged by the External Review Board members so please ensure posters are
of high quality.
