[LA-SiGMA] All Hands Meeting Reminders

Good morning,

The All Hands Meeting will be held next Monday, April 2 in the  
Claiborne Building and there are a few items that we would like to  
address.

Registration

1.      Please register for the workshop, if you have not already done  
it.  Thank you to those who have already registered.  We need everyone  
registered for food counts and name badges, etc.  Quite a few of the  
PET Team has not registered yet.  The link is  
https://selsc.net/allhands2012/.  We need this done as soon as possible.

2.      We have 58 participants registered.  Do you know of anyone  
else that needs to be registered that will be attending i.e. students,  
speakers, other LaSigma participants.  Please have them register as  
soon as possible, also.

Posters

1.      We have 17 posters registered.  Anyone else bringing a poster?  
  If you have already registered and not given us the name of the  
poster or have decided to bring a poster, please email Jessica at  
Jessica.domingue at la.gov<mailto:Jessica.domingue at la.gov>  with your  
name and the title of the poster so your name and poster can be added  
to the list.  We will provide easels and backing for the posters.  The  
posters are to be 3' (height) by 4' (wide) size.  This meeting is a  
great opportunity for students to practice their poster presentations  
in preparation for the ERB visit at the Symposium in July.

2.      Sunday Set-Up for posters.  The Claiborne office will be open  
from 3:00 - 5:00 PM on Sunday afternoon, if you would like to come by  
and set-up your poster early.  On Monday, we will be starting the  
meeting on time (8:00 AM) and even though you can come Monday morning  
at 7:00 AM to set it up, no posters will be set-up once the workshop  
starts.

3.      Attached is the poster list so you can see whose posters have  
been registered.

Please distribute this to anyone who will need this information.
