[LA-SiGMA] LASiGMA Symposium Registration Deadline - Third Reminder

Dear LA-SiGMA members:

Registration for the July 23rd Symposium is now open. Please go the
following link, https://selsc.net/July2012Symposium/, to register. The
Symposium will be held at the Marriott Hotel, located off of Corporate
Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA.  Registration is at 7:00 a.m. with the meeting
to begin at 8:00 a.m. (agenda to follow)

We will have a published proceedings and poster competition again this
year. Please see the attached template and an example of a paper from
last year's proceedings. Papers are due to Jessica Domingue at the BoR
by July 9. Please adhere to the July 9th deadline as we need time to
compile and print the proceedings. Papers should emphasize
multi-campus collaborations including multi-institutional authors.

Each paper should be accompanied by a poster.  Posters are to be 3"
tall by 4" wide.  Easels and backing will be provided. The poster
competition will be judged by our External Review Board members so
please make sure posters are of high quality.
