Dear Poster Presenters,

Just a reminder, the NSF EPSCoR RII Symposium will be held on Friday,  
August 5, 2011, in the Thomas Jefferson Rooms (Rooms 1-136) at the  
Claiborne Building, 1201 North 3rd Street, Baton Rouge.  The Symposium  
will begin with Coffee and Donuts at 7:00 a.m. and Welcoming Remarks  
and Introductions promptly at 8:00 a.m.

In order to start the Symposium on time, we strongly recommend you  
bring your poster and set it up on Thursday evening from 4:00 - 5:00  
PM.  If that is not convenient, please arrive by 7:00 a.m. so you can  
set it up and not disrupt the meeting once it begins on-time.
