We experienced a glitch with LSU bridge going down. We have now  
rescheduled the meeting and all the sites should be able to reconnect.

There is a change from the previous location at LATech.
All the talks at LATech will now be held in 234 Nethken Hall.
For any questions regarding the organization of this talk,

There is also a location change at SUBR to 220 T. T. Allain Hall.
The talks will now be bradcast there over the POLYCOM.
