[Lasigma] EPSCoR Program Manager asks about Azides

It seems like this could be the basis of a more extensive proposal
involving also experimentalists and presenting a scientifically
interesting question. And is there something in this that makes it
interesting to us, or those of us involved in the potential
development part of it?
