[LA-SiGMA-LSU] LA-SiGMA support for graduate students in the Fall

Dear LSU LA-SiGMA investigators
As you know, we have been trying to finalize the LSU LA-SIGMA budget and
let you know about support for students and other personnel in the Fall.
This has been made difficult by problems at the CCT business office. Right
now, it appears that we will not be able to support all of the students
and other personnel requested in the Fall.  Please let us know if you are
able to move requested personnel support onto other funds as soon as you
can.
