[LA-SiGMA-LSU] LA-SiGMA Report

Hello Everyone,

As you all know, reporting time is quickly approaching, and as such,  
we are requesting your assistance for the completion, and timely  
submission of the LA-SiGMA report to NSF.

Currently, we have only received 10 of the expected 21 reports from  
LSU's LA-SiGMA faculty. Attached again, for your convenience is the  
report template. Please fill in all applicable fields, as this is a  
time sensitive matter, and submit by close of business, Friday, May 20.
