[LA-SiGMA-LSU] Event Justification Request

Hello Everyone,

Recently, there have been a few LA-SiGMA related requests denied by  
the Office of Sponsored Programs and Accounting regarding special  
meals, purchasing, etc.

All events require specific forms, and justifications for approval. If  
the event is supported by LA-SiGMA, but is not clearly stated in the  
justification field more than likely it will be denied.

To circumvent this, I am requesting to be notified of all LA-SiGMA  
related events, as well as, forwarded all justifications for review  
and revision. If necessary, I can complete the justification and  
submit it to the appropriate department contact for insertion into the  
respective forms.

Please be advised, I will also need to know the nature of the event in  
order to provide a viable justification, and to determine if what is  
being requested is allowable.
