Webinar Series: Best Practices for HPC Software Developers

Organized by the IDEAS Project and the ALCF, NERSC, and OLCF computing 
facilities, the "Best Practices for HPC Software Developers" webinar 
series is designed to help users of HPC systems carry out their software 
development efforts more productively.

The webinars will occur approximately every two weeks and last about one 
hour each. Audience questions and discussion will be encouraged. Webinar 
topics include:

  * Developing, Configuring, Building, and Deploying HPC Software
  * Distributed Version Control and Continuous Integration Testing
  * Testing and Documenting your Code
  * How the HPC Environment is Different from the Desktop (and Why)
  * Basic Performance Analysis and Optimization
  * Best Practices for I/O on HPC Systems


      Who should attend:

This series is designed for HPC software developers who are seeking help 
in increasing their team’s productivity, as well as facility staff who 
interact extensively with users.
