Hi All,

This is a gentle reminder for the upcoming LA-SiGMA technical 
conference. LA-SiGMA students and postdocs shall present a poster of 
their work like before. The registration deadline is April 30, but 
please send Wei and me your poster file (either pdf or pptx) before next 
Monday (April 28th). Together with faculty members, we will review them 
before we bring them to print.

If this is your first time going to the technical conference and need 
help to create your poster, please contact Wei and I ASAP so that we 
have enough time to help you get it done in time.

LASiGMA’s 2014 Technical Conference is scheduled for May 5. Everyone is

As a reminder, every student and postdoc supported by LA-SiGMA is
expected to present a poster in the afternoon poster session.  If your
student or postdoc cannot present a poster please notify us by April 18.
