For all students using the LA-SiGMA workstations, please do not turn 
down the workstations or take out ethernet cables as commented below. If 
you need to open a port, or there is any issue with the workstation, 
please let me know.

Hi Zhifeng,

Please inform the students that not to bring the LA-SIGMA workstations down and to not take out the ethernet cable, please let us know if there are any issues and we should be able to resolve it at the earliest. We monitor all the workstations to correct any issues related to the respective workstations and it is not a good idea to disconnect them from the network.
