[LA-SiGMA-gpu] cuda on gpu00

Hello ,

Parboil bencjmarks can be more specific and trusted , they are provided by
UIUC ( http://impact.crhc.illinois.edu/parboil.php ) . lets run them on
GPU00 make sure we are getting reasonable results for the cards we have
installed there. once we make this is correct we can check your application.
