[LA-SiGMA-gpu] cuda on gpu00

Hello all,
    I am testing a package based on CUDA on gpu00 but the performance of the
benchmark does not match the expectation.  I am investigation the cause. It
could be a bug in the package or it is due to the configuration of gpu00. If
you have experience which can confirm it is/it is not the configuration
problem, please let me know. Thanks.
