[LA-SiGMA-funded] LA-SiGMA Final Report

Dear LA-SiGMA Faculty,

The LA-SiGMA Final Report is due to the Board of Regents on March 4, 2016.
It should cover the period of the no-cost extension, from 10/1/15 to the
end of January.  Please send the information requested in the attachment
directly to your SD/CTCT leads (and not to me unless I am the lead of your
SD) by Friday February 19. Note that you may belong to two or more SD/CTCI,
please send your file to them.

Leads for each SD and CTCI Narrative part:
John DiTusa and Mark Jarrell - SD1
Lawrence Pratt and Collin Wick - SD2
Hank Ashbaugh and Dorel Moldovan - SD3
Tom Bishop and David Koppelman - CTCI
Pedro Derosa, Juana Moreno, Noshir Pesika - EEWD

Again, we will be using Research.gov <http://research.gov/> for our report
to NSF. It has a series of questions and text boxes. Each question, e.g.,
"Significant Results", has a limit of 8000 characters total, including
spaces. This limit is for the overall text that includes the input of all
SDs, CTCI, EEWD, and BoR.

I am attaching the template for the document.   It contains all the
questions you should address, and the overall SD/CTCI "character budget"
for each SD/CTCI/EEWD, etc. Note that the final document should be in a
plain ASCII text file. Research.gov <http://research.gov/> reporting boxes
won't accept equations or any special formatting, including special
characters.

We will have the opportunity to add images, charts, and other complex
graphics in separate PDF files, up to four, each with a maximum file size
of 5MB, to support the Accomplishments section. Please send us the source,
or original files of those graphics so that we can create the PDF files.
Each image or graph must be accompanied with a caption.
