[LA-SiGMA-funded] LA-SiGMA Symposium - Proceedings Papers due July 6 + Posters

Dear All,

We will publish Proceedings of the Symposium and have a poster competition again this year at the LA-SiGMA Symposium this July 20 at the Baton Rouge Marriott Hotel. Every LA-SiGMA graduate student and postdoc must submit a paper and present a poster.

Please use the attached template for the proceedings. Papers are due to Jessica Patton, <Jessica.Domingue at REGENTS.LA.GOV> by July 6. Please adhere to the deadline as we need time to compile and print the proceedings. Papers should emphasize multi-campus collaborations including multi-institutional authors.

Each paper must be accompanied by a poster.  Posters are to be 3 ft. tall by 4 ft. wide. Easels and backing will be provided. The poster competition will be judged by the External Review Board members so please ensure posters are of high quality. The poster template can be found at http://www.institute.loni.org/lasigma/documents_la.php <http://www.institute.loni.org/lasigma/documents_la.php>, you will need to add your university’s logo.
