Dear All,

Please login to OASIS https://oasis.laepscor.org/ to complete the modules for Y4 that ended today. This should represent an update for all your Y4 activities (publications, presentations, etc.) covering from Oct. 2013 - Sept. 2014. 

Even if you do not have anything to add to the information you submitted in April, we still need you to review it, and click on SUBMIT for each module.

Your login is your e-mail address. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password” and a temporary password will be sent to the same e-mail address.

OASIS will close on October 31, so please review and submit all the modules by then.
