Good afternoon,



Here are some updates regarding the Monday, August 18 LA-SiGMA Symposium.



Poster Presentations:



Poster set-up will be on Sunday, August 17 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Baton Rouge Marriott (5500 Hilton Avenue). Easels and backing will be provided. If you are unable to set-up on Sunday, you may do so during the registration time on Monday (7:00-8:00 a.m.). Once the meeting begins at 8:00 a.m., we will no longer allow posters to be set-up until a break occurs so as not to disturb the meeting.



Symposium Speakers:



Please e-mail a link (dropbox, Google drive, etc.) to download your presentations to support at laregents.org<mailto:support at laregents.org>; by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 17. Label the file Last Name_Title of presentation. For example, Khonsari_Intro.  Please send your presentation as a powerpoint or pdf document; otherwise you will need to bring your own laptop with a VGA connector. This will help ensure presentations run smoothly during the meeting.



I have also attached the final agenda. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Symposium!
