[LA-SiGMA-funded] EPSCoR RII LA-SiGMA 2013 Symposium - July 29

Dear LA-SiGMA members:

Please save the date of Monday July 29 for the LA-SiGMA Symposium in Baton Rouge. 

We will publish proceedings of the symposium and we will have a poster competition again this year. Please use the attached template for your proceedings paper. Papers are due to Jessica Domingue <Jessica.Domingue at REGENTS.LA.GOV> at the BoR by July 12. Please adhere to the July 12th deadline as we need time to compile and print the proceedings. Papers should emphasize multi-campus collaborations including multi-institutional authors.

Each paper must be accompanied by a poster.  Posters are to be 3 ft tall by 4 ft wide.  Easels and backing will be provided. The poster competition will be judged by our External Review Board members, so please make sure posters are of high quality. The poster template is attached.

There will also be a poster competition for REU students and RET teachers. They do not need to submit proceedings.
