[LA-SiGMA-funded] All Hands Meeting Instructions - July 23

Good Afternoon,

I just wanted to send out a couple of instructions prior to the  
Symposium on Monday.


1.      Poster Set-Up: Sunday afternoon between 2:00 - 4:00 PM at the  
Marriot Hotel, 5500 Hilton Avenue, Baton Rouge.  If you are not coming  
until Monday, poster set-up up will take place 7:00-8:00 a.m. Easels  
and backing will be provided. Since we are having two poster sessions  
this year (one for LA-SiGMA researchers and one for the REU/RET  
participants), we do expect a large number of posters. I would like to  
ask that everyone keep to a limit of one easel per poster.

2.      Presentation: If you have a powerpoint presentation, please  
email it to support at laregents.org<mailto:support at laregents.org> by  
Sunday evening so it can be downloaded and ready on Monday.  If you  
would like to bring it with you, please bring it on a flash drive  
between 7:00 - 8:00 AM Monday morning.  If the file is larger than  
5MB, send a download link to your presentation.
