[LA-SiGMA-funded] Co-sponsored seminar by Steve Plimpton - Nov. 4 Sid Fuchs ME Seminar Series and LaSiGMA Seminar

Dear Bhupender:

Will it be possible to do the following:

a)  Reserve a "meeting" on EVO to cover the time-period of the seminar + 
Q&A.
b)  Have a computer with a good quality webcam to broadcast the speaker 
and the screen on EVO. (I am not sure how well the sound will be picked 
up.  Not sure what can be done about that.)
c)  Optionally (preferably) have the speaker's slides available on the 
computer connected to the webcam, and share that desktop (someone will 
have to keep up with the speaker's slide changes on the webcam computer).
d)  Have the webcam/computer operator relay any questions back to the 
speaker.

Please let me know if this is possible.  Thanks.
