[LA-SiGMA-funded] Upcoming LA-SiGMA All-Hands meetings

Dear colleagues, 
  The LA-SiGMA Project Execution Team, working with LA EPSCoR leadership has set dates for two upcoming All-Hands meetings.  Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend with along with your LA-SiGMA supported students and postdocs.  

The first meeting will be a one day meeting on Saturday, May 28th and will take place most likely in the Claiborne Building in Baton Rouge.  The date was chosen due to need to work with the schedules of participants whose attendance is required.  This is the Saturday before Memorial Day; while this may inconvenience some of you, we ask for your understanding given the difficulty of scheduling events.

The second meeting will be on Friday, August 5th and will have the ERB in attendance.  The location is likely the same.


More information about the format of the meetings will come soon.
