[LaSiGMA-funded] LA-SiGMA Interships

Randy,
  I agree with Ward. At the moment it is completely unclear to me how an experimental group can participate in LaSigma. As such, I cannot ask my contacts at Materials centers and nanocenters throughout the world if they would be interested in visiting students. More to the point, without a clear sense of what our students hope to accomplish, for example what materials systems will be explored with the experimental tools at these places,  I cannot approach these contacts to see if they are willing and able to host students. 
    This appears to me to be a 'cart before the horse' request.
