[LaSiGMA-funded] Fwd: Strategic planning meeting on Wednesday

Dear LA-SiGMA Colleagues,
The strategic planning meeting for LA-SiGMA will be held this Wednesday.
At this meeting, the PIs, members of the PET and the SD leads will meet with
the NSF program manager and two facilitators to work on the LA-SiGMA
strategic plan.  Rough drafts of the  meeting agenda  (appended below) and
the logic models for the three SD and the CTCI teams are attached.  Please
contact the presenters of these four attached slides if you would like to
suggest changes:

8:30-10:00 AM: Context

   - Overview of the Louisiana Science &Technology Plan (Les Guice - LA
   Tech)
   - Overview of Statewide Faculty Development EPSCoR programs (Michael
   Khonsari - LA EPSCoR)
   - Overview of the project and the adminstrative plan (Mark Jarrell - LSU)
   - Review draft mission/vision statements (Ramu Ramachandran - LA Tech)
   - Logic Model Approach for Strategic Planning and Program Evaluation (
   Facilitators)


10:00-10:15 AM: Break

10:15 – 11:00 AM: Finalize Overall Program Evaluation Logic Model and
Metrics (teams make sure their outcomes are represented)

11:00 – 12:00 PM: Teams revise their Logic Models and Metrics to ensure
broader impacts are measured

12:00 – 1:00 PM: Networking Lunch (teams that need more time may use this as
a working lunch)

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Teams Share Logic Model and Metrics that include measures
for broader impact
